Module II, held last year in December because of county elections, was
fully booked months in advance. Fifty-five participants from 16 cities
and towns and 10 counties in Arizona, as well as from CSA, AACo, the
Secretary of State's Office, and Georgia and Japan, made up the class.
Participant evaluations rated the overall module and all but one session
3.6 or higher (out of 4). Philosophy in Governance, Leadership for the
21st Century, and Negotiations were particularly well received.
Participants told us they especially liked the
opportunities to work together, to learn in hands-on experiential sessions, and to experience the "open camaraderie" of
the program.
