The Public and Nonprofit Finance concentration is designed for students with interests in the financial aspects of public and nonprofit organizations. The concentration introduces students to managerial and political issues related to budget development, evaluation, and implementation. Students develop the managerial and analytical skills related to revenue forecasting, investment analysis, debt management, and cost control necessary to coordinate and manage the financial resources of public and nonprofit organizations. Students must select their concentration courses from the following list. Other courses must be approved by their advisor and the department.
